Hey there friend!
I’m Allie; founder of “First Me, Then Mom” & First Chair Life Coaching LLC and certified pro at helping people untangle their brains and confidently embody their authentic self.
I’ve got the certifications and education to back me up, but if I’m being honest, I didn’t get here simply by reading textbooks and passing exams. My path to this work has been messy, raw, genuine, and life-saving. And those experiences have shaped my work far more than any formal education.
The first time I lost myself
I was 21. I lost my dad to a massive heart attack and it shattered me in ways I didn’t know were possible. In losing him, I also lost myself. I went from being the girl who could handle anything to feeling like I could barely handle being. I spiraled deep into depression and, at my lowest point, I didn’t know if I wanted to keep going.
But here’s the plot twist: I followed this quiet, persistent nudge from my intuition; the one that kept whispering, “Go Within.” So I did.
I started exploring the mind/body connection and self-discovery work, which led me to subconscious change work, and I was able to reconnect with the part of me I thought died with my dad. In re-discovering myself I also discovered peace when my mind was chaos, confidence when I felt hollow, and the deep knowing that life was still worth showing up for. It quite literally saved my life.
The second time I lost myself
Fast forward 10 years, and I became a mom to my incredible daughter. Motherhood? A blessing, yes. But also? A full-on identity crisis. Suddenly, I was giving every piece of myself away and feeling so hollow, AGAIN! (naturally.)
The difference this time? I had the tools. I knew how to stay connected to my center, even in the sleepless, breastfeeding trenches of early motherhood. I could find my peace, calm, and inner strength without losing myself in the process. That’s when it hit me: Every mom deserves to know how to do this.
Why I do what I do
Now, I help moms ditch the constant burnout and survival mode, reconnect with themselves, and feel grounded no matter what motherhood throws at them. I use a blend of intuitive coaching, NLP, hypnosis, mindset work, and a dash of rebellious humor to make big changes feel doable (and even fun).
I’m here to remind you that you’re allowed to be the main character in your own life; not just the supporting role in everyone else’s!
Because the societal belief that “motherhood requires self-sacrifice” is unrealistic, unhealthy, and untrue. And it’s why so many moms feel guilty when taking care of themselves.
I’m here to help change that.

And yes, I’m still the mom who sometimes hides in the bathroom just to drink coffee while it’s hot and scroll on my phone. Some habits are worth keeping, ya know?
So now I want to ask you to imagine…
Imagine reconnecting with yourself confidence, trust, strength, ect. what parts of motherhood might change?
Share your answers with me & let’s make that happen!
